Just to consider “infinite intellect” is awe inspiring.
To imagine the shear magnitude of information involved in infinite intellect can be disorientating. Knowing that our understandings limited is inescapable.
I am not alone, in that I have to labor to understand ideas and objects which enter my thought. Still there are thoughts or ideas which have yet to cross my mine. And there are some thoughts which will never cross my mind.
As finite beings, we are are only able to entertain a finite number of thoughts, and those thoughts we know only in a limited or incomplete manner. To even consider thinking beyond human capacity is perplexing and seems alien. How would we even know what we do not, or can not know?
To knows all there is to know at any point, this is the mind of God. Wonderful Counselor takes on a more robust meaning in this light. God is able to give us counsel us in every situation
6 For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.
